Shipping Policy

At Vellura, we aim to deliver your skincare essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.



1. Order Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday)
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been processed.



2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote / rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals or public holidays, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.


3. Shipping Charges

- Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order values


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking link or AWB number. You can track your order using the link provided. If your tracking shows no movement for 48+ hours, please contact us.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. Delivery may fail if:

- The address is incorrect or incomplete
- The courier cannot reach you
- The phone number is unreachable

In such cases, the package may be returned to us and reshipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos/videos of the package and product

We will offer a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.



7. Delivery Delays


While we aim for timely delivery, Vellura is not responsible for delays caused by courier partner issues, weather or natural disruptions, political disturbances, high-volume periods, or incorrect address details.

Currently, Vellura ships only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
